The TALK program is one of many offered through the Inmate Services Department of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department. TALK allows incarcerated mothers and fathers participating in the Parental Intervention Project to have weekly contact visits with their children. These programs minimize traumatization for the children and reduce recidivism rates for the parents.
